I founded Oasis Therapy Center to create a practice where people can find peace and powerful healing. I do this by fostering a collaborative atmosphere wherein every individual feels seen, heard, and valued for who they truly are. I believe that therapy is more than about simply changing behaviors and learning new skills. Additionally, at Oasis Therapy Center, counseling becomes a space of self-exploration to allow for greater self-acceptance and compassion. Our destination is true wellness for your life; our work is the journey there.
Furthermore, my practice seeks to offer integrative counseling services for individuals in Rockville, Bethesda, and throughout Maryland. Therapy is offered over telehealth, from the comfort of your home. All services are grounded in cutting-edge and evidenced-based research so you can be assured that you are getting the highest quality of care.
